It is $15 for each support incident ^*. PayPal is accepted, though which you can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or eCheck.

^* $15 buys 15 minutes of support time. This will cover most support issues. If a support incident requires additional time, you will be notified with an estimate of additional costs. You can choose to pay the additional costs or request a refund of the original $15 fee. If I am unable to answer a question, all incident support costs will be refunded.
